Tanja Rauch-Williams, Chief Innovation Officer at Metro Water Recovery will present on opportunities to recover energy from wastewater. Heat in wastewater is a renewable energy source of which the public is largely unaware but which has notable potential to decarbonize new and existing buildings. Learn about why the wastewater we generate in Colorado is especially suitable to be put to use for renewable energy generation and about the first operating projects in our communities.
