CRES is a co-sponsor but the actual organizer is New Energy Colorado (NECO).

Tour a variety of homes featuring a range of smart “green” strategies. Whether youʼre looking for a new home or ways to improve your current castle, this is your once-a-year opportunity to see efficient remodeling options and effective solar designs. Take your time exploring new homes, updated homes and innovative gardens. Learn practical ways to make your home-sweet-home even sweeter! Individual action is now more important that ever.
The tour is self-guided. Once you have the map of the homes you decide which ones you want to visit any time between 9am and 4pm. If you start the journey late you will miss out so I encourage people to start in the morning.

Volunteering: The tour still needs volunteers who do one shift at one of the homes supporting the home owner and can then spend the other half day to visit other homes.
