What songs?
Anything J-Pop! Some of our all-time favourites are Himawari no Yakusoku (from Doraemon), Wherever you are (One OK Rock), Matsuri (Fuji Kaze) and Ai wo komete hanabata wo (Superfly).
The vibe
Acoustic / soft electric. (Amplified) acoustic guitars , cajon/bongos/congas etc, electric piano and (soft) electric bass all OK, but not shredding on electric guitar or pounding drums.
I've never performed on stage before, should I be nervous?
No! Many of our members will be there and are just about the most supportive and friendly people you’ll ever meet. They are also massive otaku/weebs so if you’re interested in it they probably are too.
Why do I need to register?
Registration is important so that we can 1) create a schedule so that we can get as many people on stage as possible, and 2) If you need accompaniment (e.g. you’re a vocalist and need a backing band), we may not know the song you want to play, so it’ll mean we’ll a) have time to learn it, or b) can work with you on a different song.
I don't want to perform, just listen, is that fine?
Absolutely! You are more than welcome.

#1 - We can't guarantee we can get everyone on stage every meetup, but we'll do our best!
#2 - We’ll be snapping photos and taking some videos at this event to share on our socials and in future promos. By coming along, you’re cool with possibly appearing in them. If you’d rather not, just have a quick word with our team on the day
