Open Acoustic Jam! All acoustic instruments, all levels welcome! Come pull up a chair and watch, play, sing, drink, whatever. We'll set up in the party room, located to the right immediately after walking through the front door. Note: we regularly get 6-8 folks who come out and play, so don't be deterred by the number of attendees on this Meetup event! (Non-performing guests need not RSVP - just come in and hang out!)

Open Practice is your time to dance, explore, and make the moves your own. This is not a class there’s no instruction, just music and space for you to practice what you’ve learned, try new things, and build confidence at your own pace. Come solo, with a partner, or with friends. It’s the perfect way to improve faster, get comfortable on the dance floor, and connect with the community in a relaxed, pressure-free environment. Salsa On1 Level 1 is the perfect starting point if you’re new to salsa or want to build a strong foundation. In this class, you’ll learn the basics step by step, timing (dancing “on 1”), footwork, partner connection, and simple turn patterns. We focus on helping you feel comfortable with the music while building confidence on the dance floor. No partner or experience needed. Just bring your energy, have fun, and start moving with the rhythm. Great for beginners looking to learn, practice, and connect with others in a fun and welcoming environment.

Omaha Forks Over Knives is a lively group celebrating the health benefits of a whole-foods, plant-based, no-oil diet. Each of us is in a different place with foods we do and do not consume; we're not The Food Police. We're here to support and learn from each other. (While we're at it, we entertain each other as well.) If you're new to this, we ask that, at a minimum, you confine your food choices in these meetups to plant-based options. Questions?
