Details: Join us for community yoga! Let's enjoy a peaceful morning this Friday — connecting with nature as we connect with ourselves in a yoga practice. All levels are welcome. Rebecca is a RYT 200 Yoga instructor, loves being in nature and wants to share that with you. Space is available for 8 so please RSVP. It's best to arrive 10 minutes early.
Outdoor yoga classes are planned on Friday mornings mid June -- early August. Each class offered posts that week. Bring your own mat and a friend! ^^Weather permitting^^ After entering Rockwood Park, pull in to the first parking lot on your left. You’ll see us near the small gazebo at the end of the parking lot.
