The field of copyright law is always evolving and photographers need to keep up with the latest information. JRCC is pleased to have Josh Brady available to provide us with just such an update.
Josh Brady is an experienced federal litigator and registered patent attorney who provides counsel on a wide range of intellectual property issues to his clients. Josh draws from deep and well-rounded experience, including patent litigation and prosecution, trademark protection and enforcement, licensing and software contracts, and IP counseling. His practice involves technology from a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemical and biochemical, medical devices, firearms and weapons systems, defense technologies, software, automotive, and aeronautical.
Josh lives and works in Washington, DC and will join us via Zoom for tonight's presentation. In addition to his other qualifications, Josh survived three years of Richmond University Law School while sharing an apartment with my son. That's an achievement not to be minimized!
