Talk #1

JAMstack with Gatsby, Contentful and Netlify, aka the Dream Stack

Description:
There are a ton of options when working with the JAMstack but one of the most preferred ways is to use Gatsby, Contentful and Netlify aka the Dream Stack. Let's run through some ways to make the dream a reality and have fun doing it. We will go through the basics of each technology and end up with a fully running website by the end of the talk. Yes there will be some code but it will only be fun code because it wouldn't be a Dream Stack if it wasn't fun.

Presenter:
Zane Staggs, Senior Engineer Square, Inc.

Bio:
Zane Staggs is a veteran web developer and senior engineer who has worked at a long list of startups in the Bay Area and is currently happily employed at Square, Inc. When not coding up awesome websites and user interfaces he enjoys snowboarding, surfing, tinkering with technology and living the Northern California lifestyle with his wife and kids. Zane practices the art of coding while having fun and JAMstack is his preferred way to achieve that.
