Thank you so much for being a part of this Meetup group over the years. As we have announced, the organizers of this group will be replaced on June 25th.

It was our pleasure and a great experience for us that we were able to share fun times with so many members. Thank you so much to all of you for your suppport.

This group is for anyone from all over the world who is interested in experience Japanese culture. We have been offering a Wadaiko (Japanese drum) meetups, and starting February 2018, we introduce you to a fun and casual way to experience and enjoy various Japanese Culture.
We welcome your suggestions for future meetups. Please feel free to contact the organizers and let us know your ideas.

皆さんこんにちは、私は和太鼓体験会を開催しているSatominです。このMeetupグループは「世界中の人に気軽に和太鼓の楽しさを体験してもらいたい。そして体験を通じてみなさんが国際交流を深めるキッカケ作りをしたい。」という思いから2016年9月に活動を開始しました。
スタートしてから１年半。多くの方が和太鼓以外でも様々な日本文化に感心を持っていることを知りました。そこで、2018年2月から「Japanese Culture – Fun in Tokyo」とグループ名を改め、様々な日本の伝統文化をご紹介し、誰もが気軽にそして楽しく体験できるMeetupに移行することにしました。
今、世界から注目される日本伝統文化。私達日本人はいつも身近にあり視界の隅にありながらも実際に向き合い体験する機会はそう多くないかもしれません。世界中の方達と一緒に日本文化を楽しく体験し国際交流をしましょう！
