A social club for women who want to meet people, make genuine friendships and enjoy life in Helsinki.
Whether you’ve just moved to Helsinki, have been here for years, or simply feel like your social circle could use a little more life — JASMÉA is a place to connect, discover and belong.

🌸 What is JASMÉA?
JASMÉA is a women-focused social community in Helsinki bringing together locals and internationals, newcomers and long-term residents, students and professionals.
We create different kinds of experiences throughout the month so you can meet women in a natural, relaxed way — and hopefully find people you genuinely click with.
From a cozy coffee conversation to a Pilates session, brunch, creative activity or outdoor experience, there’s always a reason to get together.
☕ Coffee Meetups
Discover cute cafés around Helsinki, try new brunch spots, grab a cinnamon roll, and have real conversations about life, work, travel, culture, moving to Finland and everything in between.
🧘‍♀️ Wellness & Activities
Pilates, yoga, walks, runs and other activities designed to get you moving while meeting new people.
🎨 Creative & Social Experiences
Workshops, dinners, brunches, themed gatherings and other experiences where conversation happens naturally.

💕 More than just meeting people
We don’t want JASMÉA to be a place where you attend one event, say hello to five people and never see them again.
The goal is to build a real community.
A place where you start recognizing familiar faces, make plans outside the events, discover your favorite café together and slowly build friendships.
You don’t need to arrive with a group of friends.
Many women come alone — that’s part of the JASMÉA experience.
🌍 Who is it for?
JASMÉA is for women living in or visiting Helsinki who are looking to expand their social circle.
Locals • Internationals • Newcomers • Students • Professionals
Our community is mainly made up of women from 20s to 60s , but what matters most is your mindset, not your age.
Our events are mainly held in English and French, and different languages and cultures naturally mix within the community.

✨ How it works
• Events are regularly posted on Meetup and through our Instagram.
• RSVP to the events you’d like to join.
• Some experiences are free, while others may have a participation fee.
• For café and restaurant meetups, everyone normally pays for their own order.
• Some events are intentionally kept small so it’s easier to actually connect.
• Come alone or bring a friend — both are welcome.
