Are you overweight? a lot? You're not alone. If you have weight to lose, and you can't seem to do it on your own, let's try to do this together. We will keep each other accountable through monthly weigh-ins, healthy recipe exchange parties, group walks or gym trips, and a community to support your choice to get healthy. You can participate in one aspect or all aspects of the community and still receive support.
