Jericho Beach Outdoor Yoga Class

Hello fellow yogis, we’ve got exciting news!
We’re Alice (60) & Kathrin (29) – freshly graduated Karma Yoga Teachers – and we’re excited to offer Outdoor Flow Yoga Classes for all generations in collaboration with the HI Hostel at Jericho Beach.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Class time: 7:00–8:00 PM
🌅 Afterwards: Meditation on the beach + optional sunset swim, offered by the HI team

👉🏻 We'll meet a few minutes before 7 PM in the hostel lobby.
👉🏻 Please bring your own mat if you have one, we’ll also have a few available to borrow if needed.
👉🏻 Class is donation-based. Suggested donation: 10 CAD.
