Dear Yogis! 🌿
We’re Alice (60) & Kathrin (29) – freshly graduated Karma Yoga Teachers – and we’re excited to offer Outdoor Flow Yoga Classes for all generations.

We will be hosting the classes in collaboration with the HI Hostel at Jericho beach.
🧘🏻‍♀️ Class time: 6:00–7:00 PM

👉🏻 We'll meet a few minutes before 6 PM in the hostel lobby.
👉🏻 Please bring your own mat if you have one, we’ll also have a few available to borrow if needed.
👉🏻 Class is donation-based. Suggested donation: 10 CAD.
