About us

Have you always been curious about meditation but never really been able to get into it? Unlike typical mindfulness classes, jhana practice works with pleasure and joy as the core of the technique.

The jhanas are a structured, progressive series of absorption states that anyone can access by learning to rest their attention on pleasant sensations already present in the body. It's easy to get into meditation when you are following the joy of it.

Over eight weeks we'll explore how to access them and cover the fundamentals for anyone who has never meditated or only has limited experience. Everyone's welcome, and no experience is needed. I hope you'll join us.
