With over 20 years in trauma-aware education and energy work, she offers healing experiences that are deeply nourishing, emotionally safe, and spiritually uplifting.She is the author of 52 Weeks of Morning Mantras, host of the podcast " JJ, with Mindfulness Talk – A Holistic Approach to Life", meditation teacher on Insight Timer and was recently featured in a national interview on OMNI’s Mandarin Focus, where she shared her passion for mindful living and holistic healing. Her gentle, grounded presence helps clients feel safe, supported, and deeply nourished.
