DEF CON Switzerland run this. It is their Bern evening, one of the ones they hold around the country each month.

You have to email the organiser before you come. That is their rule, and they ask for it so the restaurant knows the headcount. Send it once for the date you want and you are on the list. It is a pub table rather than a talk, so people who work in security and people who just find it interesting both end up there, and nobody is quizzed at the door.

Third Tuesday of the month, 18:30, at Erlachstrasse 3. No entry fee is listed, you buy your own drinks.
