55 Jahre Gaskessel: Brunch

A one-off anniversary brunch at Gaskessel Bern, run together with the pop-up kitchen Petit Couteau to mark the club's 55th year and the launch of its new Wimmelbuch. The organisers describe a relaxed, communal seating: "Tickets, die gemeinsam gekauft werden, sitzen automatisch an einem Tisch" — tickets bought together are automatically seated at the same table, and separate parties who want to sit together are invited to write ahead so the venue can arrange it. Brunch runs in two seatings, 11:00-12:30 and 13:30-15:00, with a menu of pancakes, brioche with poached eggs, and a vegan corn fritter, plus a small package for children. Guests get a Kulturfest-style keepsake with their ticket and can browse the new anniversary book on site.
