Naturgeschichten: Stickkurs mit Jana Bochet is a one-off, drop-in embroidery workshop at the Natural History Museum Bern. The organiser's own description invites participants on "a historical embroidery journey" with instructor Jana Bochet, stitching animal motifs copied from the travel journals of explorers active between the 16th and 19th centuries. The four-hour session covers stitching technique and the craft's history, needs no prior embroidery experience, and supplies all materials (participants may also bring their own). It costs CHF 55, is capped at 10 participants, and requires advance reservation; the exact room is announced at the museum ticket counter on the day. It runs once, on Saturday 5 September 2026 from 12:30 to 16:30 — no further date is currently published.

Where: Bernastrasse 15, 3005 Bern
