NYFA (New York Founder Assembly) was created to help make NYC the greatest startup city in the World. Being number two is not a NY way to be.
As measured by
- By 2035: Most venture capital by number of deals and total yearly volume
- By 2025 Most NYC HQ'd unicorns
NYC will accomplish this by doubling down on its strengths:
- Proximity and concentration: Foster a strong and supportive entrepreneurship community
- Culture: Promote and celebrate the grit, hustle, and winner mentality of NYC to establish kinship between like-minded and growth-oriented individuals.
