We’ve been calling this path the Triviz Path extension, the Triviz Path–La Llorna Trail connector, whatever—it follows the Alameda Arroyo, so probably that’s a more descriptive name.
The plan is to hike no less than 5 miles, but participants can do more, or turn around at any point.
Please bring plenty of water, a snack, dress appropriately for the weather, and appropriate footwear.
The path is a paved asphalt path, so please leave your hiking boots at home and bring your walking/running shoes instead. Your knees will thank you.
DISTANCE is 5 mi minimum, out and back.
ELEVATION GAIN is negligible.
DURATION: Finish by late morning/early afternoon.
PET FRIENDLY? Yes. Bring a muzzle (you shouldn't need be told to bring a proper leash), and if you'd like to unleash, ask others before you do so.
SKILL LEVEL is beginner friendly.
TERRAIN is a level, paved cycleway/walkway.
WEATHER is TBA.
AFTERWARDS is TBA.
