A good event to practice skills building confidence with rock bouldering and scrambling.
Start at the Sierra Vista Extension with a 3 mile hike to a unique area full of bouldering/scrambling opportunities. The host will be able to assist you and help you improve your bouldering/scrambling skills. Dress accordingly for the weather; bring plenty of water and a snack. Bring gloves and wear shoes with good gripping ability. Helmets are suggested for beginners. Hiking can be dangerous so be a responsible hiker and make sure you’re prepared
