On the Shark's Tooth hike we did, we found out that the peak to the northwest is a bit higher. We started to wonder if we climbed the right peak, and so far, there has not been a consensus. Whether the peak we climbed was Shark's Tooth or not, we are going to climb the other peak.
Pretty much the same terrain of the previous Shark's Tooth hike, steep climbing, loose, mushy ground, bush wacking. All in all, not an easy hike.
Approximately, it's a 5 mile hike, with the elevation gain of 2500'. And it takes about 5 to 7 hours.
Meet us at Milagro's Coffee at 7:30am or Soledad Canyon/Bar Canyon day use area parking lot at 8:00am.
