When:  Sat, Nov 23

Meeting Place/Time:  8:30 am at KMart (Del Rey and Telshor)

Length:  8+ miles round-trip.

Type:  Maintained trail, out and back.

Hiking time:  About 4 hours.

Trail Etiquette:  We strive to hike responsibly as a group, and minimize our impacts to the environment.  If you are unfamiliar with trail etiquette, please look over this short article on Hiking Etiquette from the American Hiking Society.

After: If people feel like going out for lunch after, that is a possibility.

The weather was challenging (hail, windy, cold), but we stayed dry, made it to the pass, and still had a great time. Great group!

Great description! I'm going to save those etiquette links for later… I've a GPS track somewhere; when I find it I'll add it to the event description.
