Nourished Woman: A 10 Week Women's Cohort
Nourished Woman: 10-Week Small Group Coaching for Women
Nourished Woman is a 10-week small group coaching cohort for Austin-area women of all ages and backgrounds who want to build a healthier, more intentional way of living rooted in well-being, balance, and clarity.
Led by Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach, Coleen Karpf, this 10-week experience introduces foundational concepts in holistic health, including nourishment of the body, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and the role of nature in supporting mental and emotional well-being. It offers an accessible starting point for women who are curious about holistic well-being and want guidance, structure, and shared experience.
Weekly sessions alternate between live online coaching sessions (1 hour) and in-person immersive workshops in Austin (2 hours), giving you opportunities to deepen learning and integrate it into your daily life.
This is a paid, immersive program designed for women ready to strengthen their well-being, learn, and grow together. Spaces are limited to a small cohort, and registration must be completed through the Journey Land & Soul website here.
We meet weekly on Wednesdays from April 15 through June 17 (view the full schedule here):
• Online coaching sessions are held from 6:00–7:00 PM
• In-person immersive workshops in Austin are held from 6:00–8:00 PM
The 10 weeks unfold across three core themes:
Holistic Nourishment
Explore whole-body nourishment and how food, rest, attention, and daily rhythms shape your energy, mood, and resilience.
Nervous System Health
Learn practical tools for stress regulation and emotional steadiness, and understand how stress patterns influence how you feel and function in daily life.
Nature as Medicine
Reconnect with the grounding role of nature in supporting mental and emotional well-being, and explore realistic ways to integrate it into your routine.
The program concludes with a celebratory in-person dinner in central Austin to honor each woman’s growth and the journey of the cohort.
