- Nourished Table: A Women's Nutrition Workshop + Lunch (3 spaces remaining)Austin, Texas, Austin, Texas, TX$45.00
As we welcome the start of Fall, join Integrative Health + Nutrition Coach, Coleen Karpf, for a 2-hour women’s nutrition workshop designed to nourish you from the inside out! We’ll explore how to support your energy, digestion, and mood as we enter Fall—using warming, grounding, and nutrient-rich foods that align with your body’s needs this time of year. You’ll learn how to care for yourself with fresh, local produce and seasonal spices that promote comfort, balance, and well-being.
You’ll experience a cooking demo, a nutritional talk on the foundations of holistic nourishment, and a nutrient-dense meal we’ll share together. We’ll also touch on how nourishment goes beyond food—looking at lifestyle practices that support overall health.
Join us for an afternoon of hands-on learning, nourishment, and meaningful connection with other women.
Each session includes:
- A guided talk on women’s nourishment, nutrition, and seasonal eating
- A brief cooking demo
- A nourishing lunch made from anti-inflammatory, whole-food ingredients
- Recipes to take home
- Space to ask questions, learn, and connect in a relaxed setting
- An introduction to lifestyle practices that support well-being beyond the plate
Menu:
- Calming Ginger Detox Tea – A soothing, anti-inflammatory blend to comfort the body and support digestion as we transition into fall.
- Carrot & Butternut Squash Soup with Quinoa – Creamy, vibrant, and nourishing—made with fresh fall produce, warming spices, and protein-rich quinoa for a balanced, satisfying bowl.
- Beet Muhammara with Fall Vegetable Crudité – A colorful, antioxidant-rich dip made from beets, served with crisp seasonal veggies for dipping.
- Pumpkin Maca Bread – Moist, gently sweet, and hormone-supportive—baked with pumpkin, maca root, and warming fall spices.
Recipes are plant-based, gluten-free, and easy to recreate at home.
You’ll leave with: Practical tools for everyday nourishment, a better understanding of how to support your body seasonally, and a sense of what deeper nutrition support can look like. Digital recipes are provided so you can bring what you learn into your own kitchen.
