Our first Journey with the Soulful Alchemist gathering invites you to a gentle Sunday Soulful Hike in Switzerland – an offering inspired by the Wings to Community and the Wings of Freedom within the 12 Wings for Life Soul-Framework.

This is more than a hike. It is a sacred pause. A chance to breathe, to root, and to meet other like-hearted souls walking the path of authenticity and love. Together, we will let the landscape hold us, open space for sharing, and remember what freedom feels like when lived in connection.

• Guided HeartFlow Meditation to begin the day – aligning and balancing our walk so it becomes a sacred prayer
• Gentle hike through nature
• Soulful sharing circle with guided reflection
• Breath + grounding practices
• Space for joy, laughter & heart connection

Dies ist mehr als eine Wanderung. Es ist eine heilige Pause. Eine Möglichkeit zu atmen, zu wurzeln und andere gleichgesinnte Seelen zu treffen, die den Weg von Authentizität und Liebe gehen. Gemeinsam lassen wir uns von der Landschaft tragen, öffnen Raum für Austausch und erinnern uns, wie sich gelebte Freiheit in Verbindung anfühlt.

• Geführte HeartFlow Meditation zu Beginn des Tages – um unseren Weg auszurichten und zu balancieren, sodass er zu einem heiligen Gebet wird
• Sanfte Wanderung durch die Natur
• Herz-Kreis mit geführter Reflexion
• Atem- & Erdungsübungen
• Raum für Freude, Lachen & Herzverbindung
