What we’re about
Journey to Ananda or journey to the heart of Infinite love and bliss. This is the path of yoga and devotion
Yoga is not merely a physical exercise it can also be achieved with mantra and meditation. This complete science is a liberating experience of oneness of the body, sooths the mind and inspires the spirit.
Ananda is the joy one experiences when one connects with the Divine. Upon that connection one sees that Divine light in all. This is achieved by two forms of service: service of the inside by practicing meditation and service of the outside by selflessly serving our fellow beings.
Yoga practices very greatly this form of yoga is Astanga Yoga. This method of yoga works with the eight limbs of Yoga: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. These practices are imparted freely in this tradition of by a teacher ,customized to each individual, worldwide

In this tradition of Ananda Marga Yoga, we meet once a week, in a gathering called Dharma Cakra, where we sing kiirtan (chanting the name of the Divine), do meditation, followed by a potluck dinner.
For those new to Yoga and meditation or those interested in deepening their practice, we impart instructions in the complete Yogic lifestyle including a personal meditation mantra, asanas (postures), diet, psychology and philosophy. FREE of charge.
If you are interested in learning meditation please feel free to message me (Sucharit) through this group. From time to time, we invite Yoga acaryas (traditional Yogic monks and nuns) that are able to impart personal meditation lessons, and share their experience and insight about these practices.
