This group's purpose is to connect women in nature and in community for guided events including hikes, sound baths, gatherings & retreats that are unplugged. We're on a mission to create spaces for women to gather, inspire, uplift and support one another.

As much as we love them, we ask that you leave your pets at home for our experiences.
All ages, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome! Our events tend to fill quickly so please RSVP and ensure your response is accurate. If you can no longer attend, please update your RSVP so someone else can enjoy your space. Our group is donation-based to help with the fees of facilitating (suggested donation $7-15). Donations can be sent by Venmo to @journeylandandsoul.

Women’s Slow Sunday Morning: Yoga, Sound & Juice (Donation-Based)
pease park, 1100 Kingsbury St. 78703, Austin, TX, USJoin women’s nutrition coach and sound healer, Coleen Karpf, and chef and yoga teacher, Jennifer Otsuki, for a slow Sunday morning outdoors at Pease Park with gentle movement, sound healing, fresh homemade juice, and meaningful connection with other women.
This outdoor women’s gathering begins with a grounding, all-levels somatic yoga practice led by Jennifer, designed to calm the nervous system, help you reconnect to your body, and ease into your day with intention. Expect gentle, supportive movement focused on breath, mindfulness, and relaxation rather than fast-paced flow.
We’ll then settle into a restorative sound healing experience led by Coleen, featuring crystal singing bowls to support deep rest, clarity, and nervous system regulation.
Afterward, enjoy a fresh homemade juice prepared by Chef Jennifer with nourishing ingredients including beet, celery, carrot, and apple.

Where to find us:
We’ll gather in the open green space at Pease Park, north of the playground and basketball court. Look for the sound bowls and yoga mat set up. Parking is available nearby Please plan to arrive 15- 20 minutes early to park, find the group, and settle in. Women's Hike at Spicewood Valley Trail!
Spicewood Valley Trail, 8043-8585 Scotland Well Dr, Austin, TX, USJoin our women's hike at Spicewood Valley Trail for a morning fresh air, connection, and rejuvenation in nature! Spicewood Valley Trail is a gentle 2.5 mile out and back trail in Northwest Austin with beautiful scenery.
This hike is an opportunity for women to gather in nature and in community and meet new friends who also love wellness + the outdoors! Come bathe your senses in nature with us and reset before the week ahead. The event will be unplugged from devices so we can slow down, acknowledge the rhythms of nature, and leave feeling restored and nourished in mind, body and soul.

- Hat / sunglassesWe will meet on the corner of Scotland Well Drive and Spicewood Springs Drive at 10AM (there is a very small parking lot here). The parking lot is usually full by this time; however, there is PLENTY of free street parking on Scotland Well Drive. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get parked and walk over.
Please keep your RSVP accurate so we know who to expect. If you can no longer attend, please change your RSVP to "no." We are donation-based to support the cost of event facilitation and page maintenance (suggested donation: $7-15; donations are never required but very welcome).
