Here we provide a platform for yours to reach calmness, joy and inner peace in your busyness through our English meditation classes.
Let's allow ourselves to tune in the pure nature and the joy in our mind. Also explore our potential to be happy all the time : )
We set up a meditation centre in Sheung Wan, a peaceful city sanctuary. Buddha's teachings is presented in an accessible manner that can be easily integrated into our modern busy life.
Through Buddha's instructions, you can find practical solutions to face everyday challenges and solve all problems in life by effective ways.
Year-round courses are for EVERYONE – Buddhists or non-Buddhists, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, for each one to receive these nectar of solutions.
