We set up a meditation centre in Sheung Wan, a peaceful city sanctuary. Buddha's teachings is presented in an accessible manner that can be easily integrated into our modern busy life.
Through Buddha's instructions, you can find practical solutions to face everyday challenges and solve all problems in life by effective ways.
Year-round courses are for EVERYONE – Buddhists or non-Buddhists, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, for each one to receive these nectar of solutions.

Jolene Chan has been studying Dharma under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for nine years. She has worked in local schools for decades and raised her family here in Hong Kong. She is continually finding new ways to practice Dharma in daily life.
