Event Flow:
1. Bhangra Warm-Up (20 mins)
Start your morning with joy and rhythm!
Bhangra is a traditional folk dance from Punjab, India, known for its high-energy moves, uplifting beats, and celebratory spirit. Itās not just a danceāitās a way to boost your confidence, release stress, and connect with your inner joy.
2. Yoga Session (60 mins)
Dive into a dynamic and structured yoga practice. Led by Olga, a certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga.
This weekās session will focus on Ashtanga Yoga, a powerful and flowing style that builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, with modifications offered.

3. Snack & Spiritual Sharing Circle
After the session, relax and connect with fellow participants.
