THE MIDDLE WAY OF MODERN KADAMPAS
Special Meditation Course with Gen Kelsang Tonglam starts on 27 August
Tuesdays 7:30pm – 9.15pm
Teaching in English. Booking is required. Everyone welcome!

Why do we need to understand and meditate on the Middle Way?

All living beings experience suffering, and the root of all suffering is self-grasping ignorance. To remove this ignorance, Buddha taught us the wisdom of the Middle Way. Through contemplating and meditating on this wisdom, we will come to understand what actually exists and what does not exist. In this way, we will be able to reduce and finally cease our self-grasping completely.

Gen Tonglam will share the precious teachings of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, guiding us on how modern Kadampa practitioners can practice the Middle Way in their daily lives. After receiving the teachings, we will have the opportunity to participate in a meditation retreat to deepen our Dharma experience. This will enable us to gradually abandon our ignorance and embark on a journey toward the ultimate happiness of full enlightenment.
