Meetup #47 - From idea to production: An AI workflow for small product teams
Ragusa Hub, Gospodar Jovanova 2, Beograd 11000, Serbia, Beograd, RSWhat if the ideas, decisions and bugs discussed during your daily meetings could automatically turn into actionable tasks and eventually working code, all without those unnecessary, boring manual steps?
That's what we will be covering in this talk. We'll be exploring how a small team utilizes AI to streamline it's development workflow - from simple ideas mentioned in the meeting notes and backlog to brainstorming, implementation, testing and finally merge request reviews.
Joining us for this talk is Aleksandar, an experienced team lead at an American start-up product company. We'll go over how his team utilizes AI in practice, what works, what's being tested and also perhaps the most important - what AI gets wrong. But this isn't about handing the entire development process over to AI! The team has deliberately introduced human checkpoints where developers review and approve tasks, inspect generated code, commit changes, and ultimately decide what gets merged.
You'll leave with a better understanding of what's possible with today's AI tools, how to introduce automation safely, and which parts of your development workflow might be worth redesigning. If you enjoy automating everything that can be automated and constantly finding ways to make your workflow more efficient, this talk is right up your alley! :)
