In this constantly changing job market, it’s important to know your worth and advocate for yourself, whether you’re negotiating a salary, asking for a promotion, or simply asserting your value in the workplace.

That’s why we’re excited to bring you our upcoming JSHeroes x Women in Tech Cluj Meetup, featuring a panel discussion on the topic of “Know Your Worth”.

We’ll touch on subjects such as:

• Identifying and communicating your unique strengths
• Building confidence in your abilities
• Showcasing your worth internally and externally
• Strategies for asking for a promotion or raise

We’ll tackle all these in a conversation with Simona Cotin, Carmen Popoviciu and Jeff Lembeck, speakers at JSHeroes 2023. They all have extensive experience, having worked with large companies throughout the world.As always, we’ll have time for Q&A. See you there!

About the speakers:
* Simona Cotin is an engineering manager at Google, working on the Angular team, where she focuses on the core framework and tooling.
* Carmen Popoviciu is “an emoji hyper-user disguised as a web developer in real life”. She enjoys building things on the web and does exactly that on the Pages team at Cloudflare.
* Jeff Lembeck is a Senior Engineer at Catchpoint where he develops and maintains WebPageTest.
