Night Owls Hack Night: IBM & Netlify

Details

Get out and get social: come out and hack on projects together! We're cross-promoting this event on the SF Ruby and SF JavaScript meetups.

Bring: Laptops, ideas, projects. Meet other developers. Help each other, or just hack by yourself.

🍕 Snacks & 🥤Drinks: Sponsored by IBM Developers
Learn how to build a serverless function on IBM Cloud. Sign up here: http://ibm.biz/SFJSAug19

🏢 Hosted by Netlify
🚋 Public Transportation: From downtown, take the T trolley or 45 bus. From Mission, take the 22 bus. The 22nd St Caltrain station is also a few blocks away.
🚴🏻‍♀️ Bike Parking: Netlify has a hanging rack in the office (and an elevator that will fit a bike)
🏎 Parking: Street parking is free, and in the evening there are lots of spaces on Illinois St behind the building.
🏰 Building Access: The entrance on Third Street is marked with the address. Take the elevator to floor 2 (not 2R), and follow the signs.

If you're not familiar with Netlify, check out this video screen cast with Chris Coyier and David Wells for an introduction to some of the coolest features: https://css-tricks.com/video-screencasts/165-building-your-backend-with-serverless-functions/
Got questions? Come ask a Netlifriend at the meetup!
