Learn how to conduct interviews to discover the real reasons customers buy, why they don't buy and what you actually compete with.
Using the Switch Timeline, you get a script and framework for your questioning that you can use with the Four Forces: Push, Pull, Habits and Anxieties, to gain a deeper understanding on what your customers want.
Pairing up in small groups, we’ll take turns interviewing each other about a recent purchase. High-level, but detailed enough to learn the framework
