What we’re about

Jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) has been on everyone's lips for the last years. The concept promises groundbreaking innovations and predictable market success. Sometimes it is praised as an independent method, then as a supplement to design thinking or UX methods or as enrichment of the strategy process.

We would like to discuss and exchange with interested people about:
What's good about JTBD? What role does the concept play in the jungle of innovation methods? How can you get new customer insights for growth?

Vendbridge (http://vendbridge.com) has used the Jobs-to-be-done logic for decades to accelerate growth and align innovation with customer pain points. First as Marketing Executives in Consumer Goods, then as Startup Coach during the first wave of disruption 1998 - 2003, as contributor to Tony Ulwick's ODI method and finally as developer of CFI Customer Focused Innovation (http://customer-focused-innovation.com/), an open source interpretation of jobs-to-be-done.

The Meetups will be held in English/German.
