While Alison plays the gong, crystal bowls and various percussion instruments, Cinthia will provide spiritual healing with optional hands on touch. Together they will create a safe and nurturing environment for you to relax.

Using a particular method of playing, Sound Therapy can influence brainwaves and enable us to enter altered states of consciousness (ASC). This can bring benefits such as an improvement in our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing , reduced depression and anxiety and better sleep. Sound Therapy can allow us to release physical, emotional and mental tension, and help us to move back into balance.

Join us for the Summer Solstice Medicine Dance Gathering as we come together in community to celebrate this special time of year. Immerse yourself in Sound, Movement and other Wellbeing practices and workshops, on 25 acres of private land with a stunning lake and forest.
What makes this event special? This is a gathering, not a festival, with only 100 tickets available. We have one main schedule running through the weekend which allows us to connect more deeply as a group. We would absolutely love you to join us for the whole weekend, embracing the offerings and space, and creating some beautiful connections. However, we've also created Day Ticket options. Why? Ecstatic Dance Berkshire has been running for 4 years. One word that often comes up in our closing circles is Medicine. The combination of heart opening cacao, conscious movement and a non judgmental, safe space... creates a magical opening where we feel able to reveal our true selves. Our Ecstatic Dance Berkshire Medicine Dance was born in 2024 and we have continued to gather together for Equinoxes and Solstices to dance, connect, experience true freedom and heal, in this hidden paradise in Windlesham.
When? The formal programme starts Saturday 20th at 10am and ends Sunday 21st at 5pm, but you are welcome to camp from Friday 19th. Full details of the Ticket Options, with Camping Add-Ons, are detailed below.
