Power Yoga is an energetic vinyasa style of Yoga where one pose flows into the next in a sequence linking movement to breath. The benefits of this dynamic practice include improved strength, balance and flexibility.

The class is suitable for all levels. Variations are given so you can challenge yourself or take it easy depending on how you feel. If you are a newbie rest as much as you like in Child Pose. You will pick things up every time you practice and before you know it you will flow with your breath and start feeling the benefits of the practice.
