Let’s flow with compassion and mindfulness as we honor our bodies on this journey to strength and well-being.
In this session, we will start with wide knee child pose, cat cow pose, and ragdoll. We will then dive into 3 sets of Surya Namaskara A (sun salutation A) and 2 sets Surya Namaskara B (modified sun salutation B). When this practice is over, you will be ready to greet the day with a smile.

Please note that this is a short practice session, I would kindly ask everyone to attend on time. To respect others practice, you will be muted throughout. I would also encourage you to keep your camera on if you are comfortable to do so, this will help me to tailor my verbal cues in order to assist your alignment during practice.
