When was the last time dinner was more than just dinner?
Join K&Co. for a hands-on evening of fresh pasta, great food, and good company. Led by Chef Kay, you'll learn how to make fresh egg-pasta dough from scratch, roll and shape your own ravioli, and create a beautiful meal—no culinary experience required.
This isn't a watch-the-chef cooking demonstration. You'll be hands-on throughout the experience, learning techniques you can actually recreate at home while enjoying a relaxed, social night out.
Your evening includes:

• Handmade ravioli from scratch
• Ricotta & spinach filling
• Italian red sauce
• Caprese salad with baby heirloom tomatoes & fresh mozzarella
• Ice cream affogato with espresso & chocolate amaretto sauce
• Hands-on instruction from Chef Kay
• Dinner together at the end of class

Come with your partner, bring a friend, plan a girls' night—or come on your own and meet some new people.
BYOB: Bring a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage to enjoy throughout the evening. Limited iced tea will also be available.
