Good afternoon Karaoke Friends and Family,

First, I would like to Thank Meetup who have been good enough to work something out so that Our Meetup Site could stay on line. The pictures we take and our Calendar is our history. It took quite a few emails but they agreed to allow the payment to be made in November.

As far as Karaoke is concerned we should be up and running this coming week. However, as Counties begin to open up and return to some sense of normalcy and Karaoke Shows come back, there will be some rules that hopefully will make most people comfortable. Some of you already have also received a text from me that I will be sending out further information regarding the use of Microphones based on some feedback and ideas as a result of Feedback. Here is what I am doing;

1. There will be only two wireless Microphones. Each Microphone will be used in order and cleaned in between each with Either Clorox or a Lysol Wipe. Please also try and bring wipes! As I will likely run out quickly. You may not spray any chemical on to the Microphones as it will damage the Mics.

2. There are no duets or Group Songs until further notice.

3. I will be able to provide two chords for XLR Microphones. Chord A and Chord B. All you need to do is purchase and XLR Microphone and connect it to which ever chord is available when you come up. I will always try and get the next person ready to go so there is as little down time as possible. See links below.

4. You can go on line and purchase Microphone Windscreens/Covers. If you are going to use a Microphone Cover on a Cordless Mic you must make sure you take the cover off the Mic so there is as little down time as possible. See links below. I am ordering Covers. If you want a cover to keep you can purchase one for $3 a piece. I have just ordered some and I will not have them for about a week. I may be more cost effective for you to order them direct.

5. We will as necessary change procedures to make adjustments.

6. I am getting ready to start posing shows for the upcoming week. Some shows will have limited seating inside and try to provide some seating outside. Ruby’s by the Sea is an all outdoor show. I will be limiting myself to 3 Karaoke Shows and one DJ Show per week. Other events like Moose Clubs will be as before. As I schedule them I will keep everyone posted.

Make sure you call to order windscreens. You need to order a screen that fits Vocopro Wireless Microphones. I am trying to also work a better price in bulk from Vocopro.
