Curious about meditation and mindfulness? Let’s enjoy some FREE outdoor meditation in the beautiful surroundings of Boston Public Garden together! Discover how meditation can empower us to live joyfully, but also purposefully, and how it can help us to find some inner calm, and to reconnect with our limitless potential.

What better way to relax on a Friday evening than by learning the fundamental tools of mindfulness than we can then use anywhere, anytime?

Enjoy a free Friday evening guided meditation in the Public Garden with Gen Khedrub, the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston. Find some calm in this great busy city and have some fun with other meditators.

Gen Kelsang Khedrub is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 30 years. Gen Khedrub has served as a Resident Teacher in Chicago and in Seattle, and over the years he has taught special events and led meditation retreats around the country. His heartfelt teachings are presented with clarity and humor that make them accessible to everyone.
