Be kind to yourself by taking care of your mind. In this silent day retreat, we will learn and practice simple meditations that help us develop and maintain a calm, clear mind. When our mind is peaceful, we can approach all situations with greater confidence, positivity, and ease.
Take this precious opportunity to step away from the noise and distractions of daily life and settle into an experience of inner stillness and peace.
This retreat is suitable for all levels of interest and experience. Everyone is welcome.
What to expect:

- Complete silence at the center between sessions
Session times: 11:00am-12:15pm | 1:30-2:30pm | 3:00-4:00pm
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available.

Gen Kelsang Khedrub is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 30 years. Gen Khedrub has served as a Resident Teacher in Chicago and in Seattle, and over the years he has taught special events and led meditation retreats around the country. His heartfelt teachings are presented with clarity and humor that make them accessible to everyone.
