In this special day retreat with Gen Khedrub, we will explore the time-honored Kadampa lineage of Mahamudra meditation, as presented in The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

This meditative journey begins with discovering the nature of our own mind, progresses through meditation on ultimate truth, emptiness, and then guides us deeply inward with completion stage meditations on the central channel, drop, and wind.

Through these profound meditations we learn that real freedom is possible, a freedom to transform our experience at the deepest level by realizing the actual nature of reality, emptiness, with our very subtle mind.
