Looking for a simple way to relax and reset at the end of the week?
Join us for free outdoor meditation in the beautiful Boston Public Garden. Each month, 30–50 people gather by the lagoon to unwind, clear their minds, and enjoy a guided meditation together.
This class is beginner-friendly and open to everyone.
You’ll learn simple techniques to:
• Reduce stress
• Feel more calm and balanced
• Think more clearly
Each session includes a short talk and a guided meditation. Everything is explained clearly, so no experience is needed.
