What we’re about

The goal of the group is to learn and practise Kalaripayattu an ancient martial art form from India. The form uses yogic practices as well and is beneficial for overall fitness, well-being and focus.
As a performer and theatre practiioner I find kalaripayattu very helpful in my theatre practice as well and hope to meet creative minds, performers/dancers, fitness enthusiasts.
We will primarily focus on learning the kalaripayattu form and its performative uses.
