KMM + Microsoft 365 Tools - A fusion that evolves your organisation

About the Session
Health Checks and various ways to identify the happiness of teams and services do not answer questions such as: What is the current maturity level? Are teams overloaded? What actions can we take to improve our delivery times and productivity? Usually, with approaches similar to these, we do not have actionable practices to evolve the service. With this in mind, in this session, we will look at a system built based on KMM that identifies the current maturity level of the service as well as the use of practices and actions that aim to evolve the entire organization. This system was built using Microsoft 365 tools and can also be built in your organization.

About the Speaker
João Scodro is an Agile Coach at Novobanco, where he works on transforming the entire organization. He is also an Accredited Kanban Trainer from Kanban University. With 10 years of experience, he has worked on important transformations in banks and retail industries, working on the evolution of services, people and processes.
