Mt. Shigi Spring Hiking

Spring has come!!
In this warm season, why don’t we go outside, move our body and relieve our daily stress?

In this trip, we’ll go to Mt.Shigi in Nara prefecture.
Also, I would come to Kansai from Tokyo for private trip this weekend, so I’ll hold event.

1500 years ago, Japan was ruled by Prince Shotoku, and he prayed winning the war in this mountain. In 16th century, this mountain was used for praying Hideyori Toyotomi, son of Hideyoshi Toyotomi who built Osaka castle before Edo period began. Like Mt. Atago and Katsuragi, this place was loved by mountain religion, Shugendo trainers for many years.

Hiking hours would be 4〜4.5 hours, including lunch break.
It’s not so hard, easy course.

Why don’t we get out of busy city area, go hiking and relieve our daily stress?

春がやってきました！

この暖かい季節に、外に出て体を動かし、日々のストレスを解消しませんか？

今回の旅は、奈良県の信貴山へ。

GWは東京から関西へプライベート旅行に行くので、イベントを開催します。

1500年前、聖徳太子が日本を統治していた時代、聖徳太子はこの山で戦勝を祈願しました。16世紀には、江戸時代以前に大坂城を築いた豊臣秀吉の息子、豊臣秀頼を祈願した場所でもあります。愛宕山や葛城山と同様に、この山も長年にわたり山岳信仰や修験道の指導者たちに愛されてきました。

ハイキングの所要時間は、昼食休憩を含めて4～4.5時間です。

それほど難しくなく、簡単なコースです。

都会の喧騒から離れて、ハイキングに出かけ、日々のストレスを解消しませんか？

ハイキング開始（昼食込み4～4.5時間）

14:00～14:30 解散、お疲れ様でした！！

参加費：1500円（PayPayまたは現金）

持ち物：昼食、十分な水（1.5L推奨）
