## Bhakti Yoga Kansas City

Find lasting peace, deeper purpose, and genuine community through the timeless practice of Bhakti-yoga.

Whether you're completely new to meditation or have been on a spiritual path for years, our gatherings offer a welcoming introduction to one of the world's oldest and most profound traditions of self-realization.

For thousands of years, sacred mantras have been chanted for physical, mental, and—most importantly—spiritual refinement. The Vedic tradition especially recommends one mantra for this age, known as the maha-mantra:

Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama
Rama Rama Hare Hare

By sincerely chanting this maha-mantra, one gradually reconnects with their true self and makes steady progress on the journey of spiritual realization. We invite you to experience this practice for yourself.

### What to Expect

  • Live kirtan (mantra meditation)
  • Practical discussions on Bhakti-yoga and the Bhagavad-gītā
  • Open questions and thoughtful conversation
  • A complimentary vegetarian feast (prasadam)

No previous experience is necessary. People of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome.
