Join us for a relaxing evening of sound bath and energy healing to recharge and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit!

Once a month, on the first Wednesday and first Friday, something a little different happens at Kapwa Wellness.

Healing Night is one of our most beloved offerings — and the reason is simple. You don't just enjoy a sound bath. Before the night is over, every single person in the room receives their own individual energy healing session from Maria.

People come in carrying things they can't always name. They leave lighter. That's the only way to describe it.

You'll settle in on a yoga may with blankets and bolsters for full comfort. The evening opens with a guided meditation accompanied by the resonant sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls — clearing and balancing your energy and drawing you into a deep, peaceful state.

Then, while soft music plays, Maria moves through the room and offers an individual energy healing session to each person. She channels healing energy with focused intention, working on your unique field — releasing what is stuck, restoring what has been depleted, and supporting your body's own capacity to heal.

The impact does not stop when you leave. This kind of healing continues to work in the days that follow — and many students find that regular attendance creates a cumulative shift that touches every area of their lives.

Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Wear something comfortable. Come as you are.
