This meet up is not meant for money making as it is violating the meetup mission. All members shall bear and share the expenses. Depending on the venue, time and company selected, the charges are different. From $10 per pax onwards. All expenses are to be shared. Additional food and beverages shall be paid at your own cost.

I also urge for those with leadership to step in as event organiser to meet this meetup requirement.
